LOS ANGELES -- Oberthur Smart Cards, a manufacturer of micro-processor, magnetic stripe and memory cards worldwide, is expanding its North American presence by building the largest card manufacturing facility on the continent.
The new 106,000 square foot plant in Los Angeles will enable the annual production of more than 200 million cards.
