NYCE, INTRUST share Midwestern commitment

May 1, 2007

SECAUCUS, N.J. – NYCE Payments Network LLC announced a long-term contract extension with Midwest-based INTRUST Bank. The extension expands the existing relationship by naming NYCE the sole provider of retail PIN debit access for INTRUST, which will also use NYCE as its primary network for ATM card access.

Based in Wichita, Kan., INTRUST has assets of $3.3 billion, 47 branches spread across Kansas and Oklahoma, and contributes more than 100,000 cards and 100 ATMs into the NYCE Network. NYCE is a leading U.S. debit card payments network and a division of Metavante Corp., the banking and payments technology subsidiary of Marshall & Ilsley Corporation. "INTRUST has long been committed to the Midwestern communities it serves, and we constantly look for ways to provide our customers with new products and cutting-edge technology that make their lives easier and more convenient," said Marc Kessinger, senior vice president, INTRUST Bank. "Our decision to expand our relationship with NYCE is a result of their drive to help the bank and our customers get the most out of electronic payments - both today and in the future."     "By entrusting NYCE as its sole provider of retail PIN debit access, INTRUST demonstrates confidence in our ability to contribute to the bank's continued growth and bottom-line success while providing the convenience, access and security that their customers demand," said Steve Rathgaber, NYCE president and chief operating officer. By expanding its participation in the NYCE Network, INTRUST also grows its Metavante relationship. Since 1995, Metavante has provided INTRUST with a comprehensive suite of banking and payment technology services, including financial account processing, card personalization and fulfillment, debit card processing, ATM driving and support, ACH processing, electronic banking, electronic bill pay, check imaging and risk management solutions, customer relationship management tools, and investment and trust technology, with full trust operations outsourcing through Marshall & Ilsley Trust Company N.A.
