NSA works on re-branding of Bank One to Chase

January 15, 2006

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. - National Services Associates has a major role in the nationwide re-branding of some 2,500 bank branches and ATMs for Chase Bank. The combination of financial giants Bank One and Chase Bank in 2004 created a necessity to re-brand every Bank One site to Chase, a news release noted.

NSA is re-branding thousands of Bank One branches and ATMs, said Chuck West, NSA's president. "That means that every sign, sticker and promotional piece for loans, credit cards and other services - every identifier that a customer sees in every single location - has to be changed consistently and on time."

As the re-branding in a city is completed, Chase will begin a marketing campaign to call attention to the new name. Dallas; Houston; Austin, Texas; Phoenix; Indianapolis; Syracuse and Rochester, N.Y.; Cleveland; Cincinnati; and Columbus, Ohio, are expected to be the first to make the re-branding transition.
