Northern Trust appoints head of asset servicing for Hong Kong

Northern Trust has appointed Aisling Keane as head of asset servicing for Hong Kong. In this role, she will head the asset servicing business in Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, according to a press release.

Prior to joining Northern Trust, Keane served as head of alternative investment solutions, Asia Pacific, at State Street.

"We are pleased to welcome Aisling to the team," Angelo Calvitto, head of Asia Pacific at Northern Trust, said in the release. "Her deep industry expertise, knowledge of the securities servicing industry and business acumen will help us continue bringing value and expertise to the clients in the region and support their evolving needs."
