Northern Arizona University selects Desert Financial Credit Union as banking partner

Northern Arizona University has selected Desert Financial Credit Union as its official banking partner for its Athletics and Alumni Association. Through this partnership, Desert Financial will provide NAU-branded cards and offer financial education, according to a press release.
In addition, Desert Financial gave $50,000 to the NAU Excellent Fund, which offers support for students in soccer, volleyball, cross country and volleyball. The credit union will also provide the Scores for Scholarship program.
The campus will have two Desert Financial Credit Union ATMs, along with digital signage at sporting events and on-site activations.
"NAU Athletics is proud to partner with Desert Financial Credit Union and have them serve as the Official Banking Partner of Northern Arizona University Athletics and the Northern Arizona University Alumni Association," Mike Marlow, VP of Intercollegiate Athletics, NAU, said in the release. "Their commitment to the communities they serve and genuine interest in assisting students to reach their goals formed a like-minded bond between Desert Financial and NAU Athletics early in the process. We are thankful and committed to being outstanding partners with Desert Financial Credit Union, as we are both better together."
