Nigerian independent ATM deployer names new CEO, chairman of the board

Nextt reports that ATM Consortium Ltd., an independent ATM deployer in Nigeria and operator of the QuickCash ATM network, has named Oladele Akinyemi the new chairman of the board and Olumide Bajomo the managing director/CEO.
The changes took effect Jan. 5, following the expiration of the term of Adedotun Sulaiman as chairman.
According to the Next story, Akinyemi represents Diamond Bank, one of the company's major shareholders. Akinyemi is the executive director of customer service and technology for Diamond Bank. Akinyemi has been a long-standing member of the ATM Consortium Board of Directors and served as vice chairman on the board in 2008.
