BILLINGS, Mont. - ATM REPORTS.com released an upgrade version of its software which boasts significant enhancements to increase bank/processor and ISO productivity, according to a news release.
Version 3.0 debuted at the ATM Express, Inc. distributor conference Oct. 23-26.
Among the enhancements, the software boasts a new Web-based interface, giving the bank/processor and ISO the ability to manage their down-line relationships from a single point of entry.
According to the release, this is the first ATM management product allowing down-line relationship management outside direct contact with the processor. Being able to add terminals, businesses, monetary split contracts and new users to the system gives ISOs the ability to react quicker to market changes.
In addition, ATMR's Web-based interface gives the ISO an instant glance at the status of its ATM network. It includes such features as automatic terminal cash balances and text messaging notification on events such as terminal errors, low cash limits, Regulation E claims, low transaction volume and transaction reversals.
Using its RealTime switch connectivity reporting, ATMR integrated additional functionality based upon transaction data as it arrives and is inserted into its centralized database.
The RealTime switch connectivity gives ATMR the ability to monitor specific terminal transactions and alerts the user to potential problems.
