TAMPA, Fla. - NetWolves Corp. (NASDAQ:WOLV), a global network continuity and security provider that supports in excess of 1,000 companies in more than 65 countries, has announced that Gerald Gagliardi, senior vice president of worldwide customer services for NCR Corp. (NYSE:NCR), has been named strategic advisor for NetWolves, according to a news release.
Gagliardi joined NCR in February 2001, where he manages operations in 130 countries, including a global team of more than 14,000 customer service professionals providing implementation, support and consulting services for the NCR's data warehouse, store automation, and ATM solutions.
NCR's worldwide customer services unit is a $2 billion services business that performs hardware and software maintenance, outsourcing and professional services.
