NCR, Veritas Capital enter exclusive talks

Veritas Capital, a private equity firm, has entered exclusive talks with NCR Corp. to acquire the company, according to a report today in The Wall Street Journal.

Veritas was cited as a possible NCR Corp. suitor in a July 1 report.

A deal could be a few weeks away and is not guaranteed, according to today's report.

NCR did not respond to this site's requests for comment at the time of this report.
