NCR to broadcast regulatory discussion on the Web

WASHINGTON -- NCR will broadcast a live discussion, "Banking on the Check Truncation Act and Other Regulatory Changes," over the Internet on Tuesday, June 25 at 10:30 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time.

Interested parties can tune in to the presentation, which will also be heard by an on-location audience of leading U.S. financial institutions, by logging onto http://www.videonewswire.com/event.asp?id=6059.

The audio webcast will feature Louise Roseman, director of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, and Rob Evans, director of NCR Financial Solutions division industry marketing.

Roseman will explain the proposed Check Truncation Act and its possible effect on banks and their ATM programs. Evans will lead an audience Q&A and highlight other regulatory issues affecting financial institutions, retail ATM deployers and consumers.

The webcast is part of an ATM Channel Planning Seminar taking place June 24-25.
