NCR receives final approval for Cardtronics merger

NCR Corp., an enterprise technology provider, has received final approval from the Competition and Markets Authority of the U.K. to merge with Cardtronics.

CMA approved this merger without any conditions, according to a press release.

As part of this agreement, NCR and Cardtronics will operate as one company and will work together to boost the NCR-as-a-service strategy.
