DAYTON -- NCR Corp. has entered into a distribution agreement with ATM Warehouse, an independent organization that targets ISOs, to open ATM Warehouse to sell NCR's MCD model and its new LCD model. The LCD is geared toward retail sites with lower traffic volume. The agreement will allow ISOs to buy ATMs without making a large volume commitment normally required from such a purchase order. Although ATM Warehouse doesn't provide service, NCR will avail maintenance agreements through its service organization. This agreement also indicates NCR's efforts to penetrate deeper the market for low traffic machines, according to Michelle Dach, National Sales Director, ATM Warehouse. "That NCR was willing to endorse this concept and change some long-standing policies to support it, shows further evidence that NCR intends to be the leading supplier of ATMs to this segment of the retail market, " Dach said.
