MAHWAH, N.J. -- Novadigm, Inc. (Nasdaq: NVDM), a provider of software/content management in enterprise and Internet environments, says that its Novadigm's Radia Management Suite has been certified by NCRfor use with its APTRA software.
According to a news release, the certification gives customers the ability to automate deployment and management of software on NCR ATMs without visiting ATM sites. In addition, Radia can be used to deliver content for marketing campaigns on ATMs.
By eliminating the need for visits and other manual intervention, the Radia Management Suite can help NCR customers reduce ATM operating costs and speed time-to-market for
targeted marketing programs, the release said.
Steve Osborne, general manager of APTRA's enterprise software solutions at NCR's Financial Solutions Division, said in the release, "Through our alliance with Novadigm, we believe we can make our solution even more valuable to financial organizations that need to cuts costs, improve service levels and build customer loyalty."
According to the release, customers using Novadigm to manage ATM software include France's Credit Mutuel, Caixa Catalunya of Spain, ForeningsSparbanken of Sweden, T. Garanti Bankasi A.S. of Turkey. Novadigm is also used by 7-Eleven to manage content on its Vcom kiosks.
