Nautilus Hyosung retains leading IP law firm to defend Diebold suit
The firm, Fish & Richardson, was recently named the No. 1 patent litigation firm in the country for the 12th year in a row by Corporate Counsel magazine.

Nautilus Hyosung today announced that it has selected the prestigious law firm of Fish & Richardson as legal counsel to defend it against complaints filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio by Diebold Inc.
According to a press release from Nautilus Hyosung, Fish recently was named the No. 1 patent litigation firm in the country for the 12th year in a row by Corporate Counsel magazine, based on its handling of 201 federal district court patent cases in 2014 — more than twice as many cases as its nearest competitor.
Additionally this year, Fish was named the most active law firm at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board for 2014 by Managing Intellectual Property magazine, and the No. 1 firm at the International Trade Commission with the most cases filed in 2014 according to The National Law Journal.
"After an extensive search and interview process, Fish & Richardson was the clear choice, based on the firm’s experience and track record, to defend Nautilus Hyosung against this meritless Diebold action," Nautilus Hyosung America EVP and COO Nancy Daniels said in the release.
Michael J. McKeon of Fish & Richardson is named as lead trial counsel to represent Nautilus Hyosung. McKeon has won numerous honors, including his selection among The Best Lawyers in America for Litigation – Patent (2008–2016). He was named an IP Star by Managing Intellectual Property in 2014 and 2015. He also was honored by the National Law Journal as an "Intellectual Property Trailblazer & Pioneer" for his work in intellectual property.
