Nautilus Hyosung celebrates opening of Charlotte office

Nautilus Hyosung America has officially opened its new office in the central business district of Charlotte, North Carolina.

The company marked the occasion with a formal ribbon-cutting ceremony and two-day open house May 16 and 17, according to a press release.

The new facility will house lab technicians, installation coordinators and software engineers, and will serve as a hub for project management, account support and professional services. An onsite development lab will facilitate research and prototype testing, the release said.

"Working in close proximity to our financial partners gives us the ability to provide unrivaled customer service and product management," NHA COO Sunghman Kim said in the release. "The new Charlotte office embodies our commitment of working in tandem with our customers every step along the way."
