WOODCLIFF LAKE, N.J. -- National Data Corporation (NYSE: NDC), a provider of electronic commerce solutions and health information services, plans to offer SafeDebit, a PIN-secured debit option for Internet payments that does not require special hardware for consumers, to its NDC eCommerce customers Developed by NYCE Corporation, SafeDebit is a card that fits into the CD-ROM drive of a PC and leverages the existing ATM and POS infrastructure to process payments.
