February 6, 2002

DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla.-- San Francisco-basediATMglobal,a developer of software that enables e-commerce goods and services for ATM networks, has chosen the Postilion solution byMosaic Softwareto provide transaction routing services for card issuer authorizations.

Mosaic provides Microsoft Windows NT-based EFT software. The Postilion product is used internationally for such applications as ATM driving/monitoring, EFT switching and routing and POS credit/debit card transaction processing.

iATMglobal's e-commerce enabling software RAAP (Remote Access Application Protocol) allows ATMs to be easily transformed into multi-function e-commerce platforms for the delivery of new revenue generating products. Mosaic Software's Postilion will be used by iATMglobal to manage the transactions to insure that they are routed to the proper card issuer or gateway network for payment authorization and returned in a secure environment.

Additionally, iATMglobal will use the Postilion Office component to perform reconciliation, and settlement of those transactions. The Web reporting functionality of Postilion Office, which allows iATMglobal clients access to reports and transaction detail via the Web, will also be implemented.

"Through the Postilion switch, we will enable ATM users to purchase e-commerce goods and services using an ATM debit card," said Ron Moore, chief technology officer, iATMglobal. "This will provide a unique payment method for our content partners and access to a largely untapped cardholder base. We are highly confident in the Postilion product and look forward to working with the Mosaic team."
