Thieves have repeatedly targeted ATMs in Mid-Michigan over the past month. Police have reported six incidents, according to a report by ABC 12 News.
Most recently, Saginaw Township police reported that an ATM at a Chase Bank location had been ripped off its base by a flatbed pickup truck. The ATM and truck were both left at the scene. Police do not believe any money was stolen from the ATM.
Thieves have targeted other ATMs at the United Financial Credit Union branches in Bridgeport Township and Saginaw along with PFCU Credit Union branches in Swartz Creek and Flint Township.
