IRVING, Texas - Mid-Atlantic Corporate Federal Credit Union and Genpass Technologies have agreed to a business alliance that allows Mid-Atlantic to promote Genpass EFT processing services and offer the MoneyPass surcharge-free ATM network to Mid-Atlantic's members. Genpass' full product line of services is included in the deal.
"We selected Genpass because of the quality of its processing services and state-of-the-art EFT platform," said Jay R. Murray, senior vice president and chief operating officer of Mid-Atlantic. "We estimate that MoneyPass will save our members' cardholders millions of dollars per year in surcharges avoided."
Mid-Atlantic is a federally chartered corporate credit union that provides investment, lending and payment services to a national field of membership.
Genpass, based in Pennsylvania, is owned and operated by a private-equity investment firm, GTCR Golder Rauner.
