Mobile banking provider mFoundry recently announced that it has installed a mobile-banking platform for First Tennessee Bank in under 60 days.
"While we’re used to launching banks within 90 days, this was something else entirely," said Drew Sievers, CEO and co-founder of mFoundry. "First Tennessee Bank was a perfect partner, quickly marshaling their resources to crease ideal levels of deployment synergy. Fifty-six days later, we jointly released their new solution."
Since the product was launched, Memphis-based First Tennessee Bank customers quickly have moved to mobile banking, said Bruce Livesay, chief information of officer of First Horizon Corp., which owns First Tennessee Bank.
mFoundry provides mobile-banking services to nearly 200 banks and credit unions.
