Metropolitan Commercial Bank hires on SVP, chief digital officer

Metropolitan Commercial Bank has hired Jean-Philippe Gerbi to serve as senior vice president and chief digital officer. In this role, he will oversee the bank's digital platforms, according to a press release.

Prior to joining Metropolitan Bank, Gerbi served as managing director, CIO and business digital officer at Credit Agricole CIB.

"I am thrilled to have joined the Metropolitan Commercial Bank team," Gerbi said in the release.
