McNamara becomes chairman at Moneybox

June 16, 2002

LONDON -- Moneyboxannounced June 17 that Peter McNamara has been appointed its new chairman. He will serve alongside the company's chief executive officer Paul Stanley.

According to Reuters, McNamara, 51, is the former managing director of mortgage bank Alliance & Leicester Plc. He replaces current chairman Vincent Isaacs, who stays with Moneybox as a non-executive board director.

Moneybox entered the ATM business in June 1999 and now owns and manages nearly 2,000 of the machines throughout Britain.
