The Maryland Terrapins, a NCAA football team, has named SECU, a Maryland-chartered credit union, as its official banking partner. Through the partnership, SECU will offer the University of Maryland students and athletes scholarships, financial education and wellness programs, according to a press release.
SECU will have the naming rights to the University of Maryland's Big Ten football stadium, which will debut as SECU Stadium on Oct. 1.
SECU will also offer on-campus ATMs and advisors for members.
