The Lottery and Gaming Control Agency in the state of Maryland has proposed an amendment to the state's gaming provision that would refine the withdrawal limits on automated teller machines at casinos.
The proposed rule reads as follows:
Exclusive of transaction fees or surcharges, the maximum amount that a player may withdraw from an account by using an automated teller machine located on the gaming floor is no more than $250 per transaction; and no more than $2,500 per gaming day.
Comments will be accepted until Dec. 31, according to a notice published in the Maryland register on Dec. 1.
