Maryland ATM stolen in crash-and-go

A group of thieves crashed into a Weis Market in Accokeek, Maryland with a Ford F-250 pickup truck and stole the ATM inside the store. They were able to quickly load the ATM onto the back of their truck and get away, according to a report by Wtop News.

The suspects were dressed in black, and the crime took place at 4:50 am.

It is unclear how much cash was in the ATM. Police are asking anyone with information to contact the Fort Washington Division VII detectives at 301-292-5300.
