Manasquan Bank promotes EVP, CTO

Manasquan Bank has promoted Richard J. Lanza Jr. to EVP and CTO. He was previously SVP and has been with the bank since 2013, according to a press release.

Since joining the bank, he has promoted the growth of the bank's technology and digital platforms.

"Rich has been an invaluable leader within Manasquan Bank, consistently demonstrating exceptional vision, expertise, and dedication," Cathay Franzoni, SEVP and COO, said in the release. "His promotion reflects and recognizes not only his deep commitment to advancing our technology strategy but also the trust and confidence we have in his ability to help guide our organization forward."
