Man sentenced for robbing ATM technician in North Texas

A Houston man was sentenced to more than seven years in prison for robbing an ATM technician in North Texas. Corey Dashun Holloway, 30, pled guilty to the July 2024 robbery where he and a group of three other men stole around $260,000, according to a report by Star Telegram.

Johnny Juwan Clark, Tierra Toneisha Brandyberg and Roosevelt Ford Valentine were all arrested as well for the crime. Clark was sentenced to eight years while Brandyberg was sentenced to more than three years. Valentine is awaiting sentencing.

During the incident, Clark and another member of the group forced the technician to the ground while Holloway and Valentine removed the cash canisters.
