Man accused of stealing an ATM in Iowa City

The Iowa City Police Department has put out a warrant for Darnell Gordon, 42 from Omaha for allegedly stealing an ATM in Iowa City, Iowa. He allegedly broke into an Urban Fuel and used a rental U-Haul to steal the ATM along with other people, according to a report by KCCI.

The ATM contained $4,000. Investigators used Gordon's cell phone records, Google searches and communications to allegedly place him at the scene of the crime.

He is wanted for second degree theft and third-degree burglary.
