Man accused of kidnapping woman, forcing her to withdraw from ATM

A man in Eureka, California, was arrested after allegedly kidnapping a woman and forcing her to make a cash withdrawal from an ATM. The victim claimed that the driver was Ryan Taylor Landowski, 41, who pulled her hair and forced her to make the withdrawal, according to a report by KRCR.

After removing the money, she was able to escape and called the police. The authorities later pulled over Landowski's vehicle and discovered the money stolen from the victim's account.

He is currently being held for kidnapping to commit robbery and robbery.
