Malayan bank fee to promote ATM use

The (Malaysian) Star: Malayan Banking Bhd will impose a fee for over-the-counter cash withdrawals at bank branches as part of its ongoing effort to encourage ATM use. The fee will become effective Sept 1, but it will not be applicable to all bank customers.
