HOUSTON-- The Louisiana Credit Union League (LCUL) is encouraging its more than 270 member institutions to use the PULSE EFT Association'sSelect ATM program to offer each other's customers/members surcharge-free use of ATMs.
PULSE offers access to the Select ATM program to all of its members on a non-discriminatory basis. According to PULSE, the program is especially popular with smaller banks and credit unions, because it allows them to offer their ATM and debit cardholders a greatly expanded number of ATMs at which they can access cash without paying a convenience fee.
