HOUSTON -- Loomis, Fargo & Co., the nation's largest privately-held armored carrier, has licensed the Gasper Corporation's Automated Replenishment Management (ARM) software to implement Loomis Fargo & Co.'s internal ATM tracking system. The system will monitor the CIT (cash-in-transit) crews and provide device and fault notification.
The contract represents the first strategic partnership between a CIT and Gasper.
The ARM system will automate the day-to-day tracking function of the CIT's crews as they perform replenishments and deposit pulls from ATMs. Currently, most CITs manually track replenishments. In addition, it will enable Loomis, Fargo & Co. to manage route efficiency and network settlement time while creating a scorecard to judge the performance of both.
"The recent advancements in communications brought on through Web-based applications has lead to our alliance with the Gasper Corporation," said Bill Fletcher, vice president of ATM Sales with Loomis, Fargo & Co. "We will use the information to differentiate the quality of our service and have the data to back it up."
