Long Island FI extends footprint to NYC with branding deal

Long Island, N.Y.-based Bridgehampton National Bank has announced the expansion of its ATM network to include 20 BNB-branded ATMs operated by Welch ATM. The machines are located in selected Rite Aid pharmacies in New York, Suffolk and Nassau counties.

In addition to the BNB-branded ATMs, the agreement includes surcharge free access by BNB customers to the Welch network of almost 600 ATMs across New York State, a news release said.

"We are very pleased to have the opportunity to provide our customers with increased geographic access to surcharge free ATMs," said James Manseau, EVP and chief retail banking officer at BNB. "Welch ATM offered us a simple, efficient and cost-effective way to extend our brand into markets where we do not have branches. We are especially excited to have eight of those ATMs in Manhattan, providing our customers who live both in the Hamptons and in NYC improved services."
