NURITâATM and NURITâScrip Maximize Value and Convenience
for Retailers and Consumers
SYOSSET, N.Y., February 20, 2002 – Lipman USA, Inc. today introduced their newest solutions for the Point-of-Interaction market, the NURITâATM and NURITâScripself service delivery solutions. The customer-activated terminals offer retailers the ability to meet their consumers' needs by giving them quick, easy access to cash, prepaid services and checkout. NURIT-ATM and NURIT-Scrip terminals offer a host of physical and information delivery services which can be viewed at the ATMIA 2002 conference in Hollywood, Florida on February 19-21.
Nurit ATM empowers consumers with a total self-service banking kiosk, enabling customers to perform banking functions and obtain information. Its large color LCD screen and inviting consumer experience is perfect for in-store advertising, increasing merchant transaction volumes.
The Nurit Scrip multipurpose e-Scrip solution is perfect for Mall food courts, fast food restaurants, convenience and grocery stores. It provides the consumers with purchasing power and convenience, without the need to handle cash.
"We are very excited about the multiple revenue streams that the Nurit solution can offer our retail customers now and in the future," said David Lipkin of Merchant Profit Solutions (MPS). "Incorporating cash availability with pre paid services, especially with a cash accepting device will ensure high volume at the ATM, and is well positioned to increase in-store transaction volumes. The Nurit line also opens up any number of new market opportunities."
The NURIT Scrip solution can also be deployed as a self-service checkout terminal. The terminals are designed with a small footprint, saving merchants valuable retail floor space. Both solutions can be operated in a wireless environment, ensuring fast, cost effective communication and flexible placement.
"The Nurit line of self-service products offer a significant increase in business value to retailers looking for a complete in-store interactive solution, said Mony Zenou, president of Lipman USA. Using NURIT APPSä, merchants have the ability to perform a variety of income generating functions such as dispensing cash or scrip, recharging cell phones or activating phone cards."
