Langley Federal Credit Union deploys Blend's Deposit Accounts solution

Blend recently deployed its Deposit Accounts solution for Langley Federal Credit Union. With this solution, the credit union can deliver a digital deposit account with multiple funding options, counter offers and omnichannel access, according to a press release.

Since deploying Deposits Accounts, Langley saw a 37% increase in new account openings, 25% drop in contact center intervention for applications, better training and an improved member experience.

"We now have strong front-end experience and all the back-end systems in place to capitalize on our growth efforts," Fred Hagerman, COO at Langley, said in the release. "Implementing Blend's Deposit Account solution was crucial in ensuring a seamless, efficient process for new members, laying a solid foundation for our upcoming marketing initiatives."
