Landmark Credit Union, a credit union with 5,000 branches in the U.S., has introduced Clinc's voice and text-enabled chatbot for its more than 370,000 members. Customers can interact with the chatbot using either spoken or typed questions on the website and can help them find information, according to a press release.

The virtual assistant can handle multiple requests while maintaining the context of the original question. Customers can ask the assistant about branch/ATM locations, refinancing, credit cards and other questions.

"The use of Clinc's AI technology is a great fit as we continue to enhance our member-facing technology capabilities both in-person and online," Brian Melter, chief experience officer, Landmark, said in the release. "Clinc's Virtual Banking Agent provides quick and immediate answers to common member questions 24/7."
