Kingsport, Tennessee investigating ATM theft of less than $2

Kingsport, Tennessee police are investing an ATM theft that occurred at a Bank of Tennessee branch. Police found the ATM on the roadway, as it had been hooked up to a red Chevy Silverado and pulled away.

However, only $1.84 was missing from the ATM, according to report by WJHL.

The pickup truck used to steal the ATM was reported as stolen earlier that same evening.

The investigation is ongoing.
