Kinecta Federal Credit Union wins workplace award for 6th year

Kinecta Federal Credit Union won recognition as Great Place to Work-Certified for the sixth year in a row. Great Place to Work gives out these awards based on employee surveys, according to a press release.

The survey found that 82% of Kinecta employees report having a positive experience at work, compared to the 57% average in the U.S. In addition, 88% of employees said they were proud to work at Kinecta and 91% approved of the company's contributions to charity and events.

"We are thrilled to be recognized as a Great Place to Work-Certified company six years running," Keith Sultemeier, CEO of Kinecta, said in the release. "This consistent recognition highlights our steadfast commitment to creating a positive and motivating work environment. When our employees feel valued and connected, they are driven to reflect that in the exceptional service they provide to our members and meaningful support to our communities."
