Kids to blame for some false skimming incidents reported to banks

Irish Times:Parents whose children have taken their bank cards without telling them are mistakenly reporting to banks that they've been victims of card skimming, according to information collected by the Irish Payment Services Organization. Their children are using the cards to shop on the Internet as well as make ATM withdrawals. IPSO estimates that some 60 claims a month in Ireland are from individuals incorrectly claiming they have been skimmed.
