Keybank appoints chief accounting officer

KeyCorp, the parent company of Keybank, announced that Stacy L. Gilbert will take over the role of chief accounting officer from Douglas M. Schosser who is pursuing a position at a different company. She previously served as corporate comptroller of KeyCorp, according to a press release.

"I would like to congratulate Stacy on her appointment," Clark Khayat, CFO of KeyCorp, said in the release. "Her more than 25 years of accounting and financial reporting experience with publicly traded financial institutions will serve us well. I am confident that this well-planned succession will result in a smooth transition."
