KeyBank acquires GradFin

KeyBank has acquired GradFin, a public service loan forgiveness counseling provider. With the acquisition, KeyBank aims to improve its growth in digital businesses, according to a press release.

GradFin offers advisory solutions to help people with student loan debt, with a focus on working with financial advisors.
