Kansas citizen robbed at Bank of America ATM

A resident was robbed in Overland Park, Kansas after withdrawing a large amount of cash from a Bank of America ATM. Police have arrested two suspects for this alleged robbery, according to a report by Fox 4.

After making the withdrawal, the victim drove to another location. Then robbers broke into his car and stole the cash. Police were able to track the suspects using a license plate reader that found the suspects in a stolen vehicle.

Captain Keith Hruska with the Overland Park Police Department recommends that customers be aware of their surroundings when withdrawing or depositing cash and if you withdraw a large sum of money to go to your destination as soon as possible, without making any stops.
