KAL ATM Software has announced expanded support of next-gen self-service ATMs employed in branch transformation projects. These advanced ATMs perform a wide array of traditional teller transactions and expand customer service offerings, according to a press release.
Self-service technologies support core functionalities such as bank note recycling, coin handling, check processing, video, and NFC capability, and offer additional services such as check deposit, bill payment, foreign exchange and money transfer.
KAL now fully supports these advanced machines, assisting banks to deliver a consistent and seamless customer experience and increased transaction speeds across all types of self-service devices, the release said.
