Jack Henry has partnered with Georgia-based Platinum Federal Credit Union to help improve member's financial health through tools such as its Symitar platform. With the platform, the credit union can offer ACH, wire transfers and entitlements while also allowing members to see their complete financial picture within an app, according to a press release.
Platinum Federal Credit Union has a particular focus on the Shia Ismaili Muslim community and small businesses within that community.
"Our mission is to equip members with the financial services they need to meet personal and professional goals — and Jack Henry will help us deliver on this commitment," Kabir Laiwalla, CEO at PFCU, said in the release. "By providing a holistic financial view, we can prepare members to make more informed and healthy financial decisions. As a result, this collaboration with Jack Henry will allow PFCU to scale our services while becoming the center of our account holders' financial lives."
In addition to the Symitar platform, PFCU also plans to integrate Jack Henry's lending platform, real-time embedded payments and Banno Business for its business members.
