Jack Henry names Mark Forbis VP, CTO

MONETT, Mo. - Jack Henry & Associates Inc., provider of integrated computer systems and ATM, debit card and ACH transaction processing, announced the appointment of Mark Forbis to the newly created position of vice president and chief technology officer.

According to a news release, the position was added as a strategic component of the company's executive management team.

Forbis joined Jack Henry in 1988 and most recently served as the company's general manager of technology services.

Other management changes include the retirement of marketing and industry research general manager Tom Walsh and the appointment of his successor, Debbie Wood; the appointment of Renee Swearingen to the newly created position of finance general manager; and the retirement of hardware and vendor relations vice president Marguerite Butterworth, whose position will not be filled.
