Israel's Kiryat Magistrate's Court filed an indictment against Bulgarian Rozen Hristov for allegedly installing skimming devices on Bank Leumi ATMs. He allegedly used a magnetic stripe reader to capture card data and captured PINs through a small camera, according to a report by Jerusalem Post.
Hristov is accused of installing these devices at Bank Leumi ATMs across Israel including Nes Ziona, Kalansuwa, Rishon Lezion and other places.
The indictment states he tried to hide the components in his pants and resisted arrest when he was caught near an ATM in Kiryat Bialik.
