Iowa bank selects Cummins Allison to provide new ATMs

June 6, 2018

Cummins Allison, a provider of ATMs and coin, currency and check processing technology has installed two new ATMs for First State Bank in Nashua, Iowa, one with deposit functionality.

"First State Bank wants to make banking as easy and convenient as possible," FSB President Glenn McMichael said in a press release. "The younger generations don’t want to come into the bank as often, so if we want them to bank with us, we need to offer solutions for flexible banking."

First State Bank selected an H22ND cash dispensing ATM and an H34NL ATM with deposit functionality.

McMichael said that expense was a factor in the bank's choice, and so was service.

"In fact, [service] was the big factor," he said. "Because of our location, we needed to get the same level and timeliness of service as other banks in larger communities. … The service we’ve received is every bit as good and even better than that of our previous provider."
