Intelligent teller machine solution provides out-of-the-box integration

ATM Worldwide says that its proprietary integrated solution delivers branch transformation technology that is fully functional upon delivery.

ATM Worldwide, a Louisiana-based systems integrator of ATM technology, has announced its fully integrated intelligent teller machine for financial institutions. According to a news release, the solution provides a financial institution all of the advanced features of the Nautilus Hyosung MX8800 ITM — including remote video teller — to facilitate a fast and seamless branch transformation.

Historically, financial institutions have been offered devices that deliver only part of a solution, leaving the FI with the cost and trouble of future development, according to the release.

The managed services solution from ATM Worldwide delivers fully tested, fully functional ATMs and ITMs prior to delivery, eliminating the need for long product development and costly professional services fees, the company said.

"Our proprietary integrated solution delivers the latest technology that is fully functional upon delivery," said ATM Worldwide COO Fred Wheeler.

The ITM solution from ATM Worldwide offers a number of advanced features with flexible assisted service options, including teller assistance and tablet enablement, and remote video teller assistance, the company said.

"[I]t is my opinion that this technology can revolutionize the way FI's operate as well as offer an innovative customer experience," said ATM Worldwide CEO Trey Prats. "Our managed services solution allows FIs to bring this product to market today."
