ICL to distribute IFS International's EFT software products

April 16, 2002

TROY, N.Y. -- IFS International, Inc. has appointed Fujitsu subsidiary, ICL, as a worldwide reseller to distribute its TPII and TP-CMS software products.

IFS recently worked together with ICL to secure a major contract at a financial institution in Zimbabwe. The companies have also worked together in Europe and the U.S., and recently cooperated on sales involving ICL/Fujitsu ATMs and POS devices.

ICL's re-licensing agreement with IFS is for the TPII and TP-CMS products. TPII, which is used for ATM, POS, voice, reload terminal management, authorization and switching, and TP-CMS, used for magnetic stripe and smart cardholder management and settlement, will be resold by ICL to existing and new customers worldwide.

David L. Hodge, CEO of IFS International, Inc., said the agreement "dramatically expands the distribution network for the IFS products."

Tom Martin, director of Self Service at ICL, added, "This agreement strengthens our position in the market and ensures our global customers will always be supplied with the leading-edge technology that they
need to compete in today's market."

IFS products have been implemented around the world, including the Visa Cash smart card systems in the U.S., U.K. and Japan.
