Hyatt renews contract with ATMi

NEW ORLEANS -- The Hyatt Hotels Corp. has renewed its contract with Automated Technology Machines for three more years. ATMi provides turnkey ATM services to more than 56 Hyatt hotels throughout the U.S. J. Michael Brown, chairman and CEO of ATMi, said, "We at ATMi believe we are best positioned to service this industry, not only in providing reliable cash access to hotel guests, but also as a provider of screen advertising, coupon dispensing and receipt advertising." According to Norman J. Canfield, vice president of rooms for Hyatt, "ATMi has served Hyatt well historically through their responsiveness, ease of doing business and value-added quality service to both our hotels and their guests." Canfield and Brown both indicated that the number of properties involved in the program would continue to grow over the next year.
